GG Infinite LLC, in conjunction with the Gundam Guy Blog had served the Gundam model & collectibles communities since 2010.  We strive to provide our fan base with the latest and greatest offerings from the Japanese toy & hobby manufacturer Bandai.



On October 6th 2015, our website had performed a system change implementing Shopify as our new shopping cart system.  This system change impacted both our webstore and some of our customers.  So to address the questions / concerns that some of our customers might have, we are including here a set of FAQs, in hope that we may answer most of the questions regarding the recent change. 


GG INFINITE (Oct 2015 System Change) FAQs:


Q.  When did the system change take place? 

A.   We performed the system change on Oct 6th 2015, and our new webstore went live on Oct 7th 2015.


Q.  Why did GG Infinite change to using a new website?

A.   The system change was mandatory, because the prior shopping cart version that we used (X-Cart) was no longer being supported by the vendor.  So we researched and implemented one of the best shopping cart system today, we chose Shopify.


Q.  I had an account with GG Infinite before the system change, now I cannot log on to the site. What happened?

A.  Shopify is a proprietary system that does not allow us to import in any customer / order data from our old database from X-Cart.  We would require all previously registered customers to re-register an account with us on the new system.


Q.  I have outstanding orders with GG Infinite before the system change.  Now I don't have any record of it.  Help! 

A.  We have full access to all the customer and order data from the old system.  We are currently still fulfilling pre-orders and outstanding orders from the old system.  If you would like an update about your order or want a e-copy of your order for record keeping, please feel free to email us at or call us at (626) 381-9764.  Our office hours is M-F from 10:30 am - 5:00 pm, Pacific Standard Time.


Q. I emailed you guys like you asked, but I have not received a response. What gives?

A. We do apologize for some of our delayed response.  After the system change, our email was quite backed up with many customer inquiring about the system change.  We are working hard to address all the emails.  Alternatively, calling us will get you the fastest response.
